I am so excited to re-launch Peace Begins In Me and bring this work to the Midwest. This journey has been one of deep self-growth, courage, and stepping fully into my purpose—a path of facing fear, finding my voice, and committing to the practices that create true transformation.
Peace Begins In Me has been both a personal journey of growth and a platform to share ancient practices and wisdom. It is a space for healing, self-discovery, and empowerment, offering the transformative technologies of breath, movement, meditation, and ritual to help individuals and bring together community to awaken our inner power and step into a life of clarity and purpose.
Through live events, workshops, coaching, and an online library of guided Daily Practice meditations, this platform provides tools for lasting transformation. One of the offerings I’m most excited to share is the 13-Month Moon Calendar, designed to align you with the natural cycles of the moon through rituals, prayers, and journal prompts for deep self-reflection and intention setting.
Now, I am bringing live events to the Kansas City area, creating opportunities for us to gather in #community. Transformation happens when we come together, hold space for one another, and commit to the journey within.
