I put @nuawoman ’s disposable period underwear and @my.mahina’s reusable ones to the test, and here’s the real talk:
From comfort, coverage, absorption to fit, convenience, and sustainability, each has its pros & cons.
While Nua offers ease of use, it can be a bit bulky to wear under certain clothes. And while Mahina feels size-inclusive when you see it goes up to a 3X, the actual measurements for the sizes may paint a different picture.
But at the end of the day, it’s all about what works for YOU!
