I’m one of the original Fight mums and athletes—balancing young kids, multiple jobs and a fighting career. My kids grew up in gyms, eating dinner from Tupperware containers, doing school homework and showering there to keep our nighttime routine at home less hectic. I became skilled at juggling everything and making it all work.
I know this lifestyle instilled a strong work ethic in both of my kids, teaching them discipline, resilience and the importance of pursuing their passions.
Looking back, I see how these experiences shaped our family bond and created lasting memories, even amongst the chaos. It was a journey filled with ups and downs, but it’s one I wouldn’t trade for anything.
