As a native, I’ve been visiting Big Bear for most of my life. This was my first time seeing her without snow, just sunlight on the lake and the still warmth of summer. New tradition unlocked.

My relationship with @forme.science began when they sponsored me for the Zuma Beach Triathlon last month, and it has quickly become a love story and a vital part of my training routine. Their sportswear line brings science into every stitch, offering daily posture correction and alignment support that enhances performance, speeds recovery, and genuinely changes how my body feels. As a woman with an elongated neck and a heavier chest, keeping my shoulders from rounding and my neck from straining forward has always been a challenge. Forme makes that correction effortless and painless. During the race I found myself running miles without collapsing my ribcage—my breath and lungs steady, my body supported, my endurance transformed. Beyond impressed. Thank you, @forme.science !
“ We must withdraw ourselves, to some extent, from the effects that are beyond our control and be content with the good will and the work that are the quiet expression of our inner life “. -Thomas Merton What a summer, what a summer. Fast-moving, wildly chaotic—inside and out. And yet, amid the noise, I found stillness. I chose the places, people, and moments that nourished me, that made me smile, that reminded me of who I am. This season became a study in balance: holding awareness of the sobering realities we face, while continuing the work that allows me to grow, create, and move forward. I leaned on my wisdom to withdraw just enough to protect my peace, while embracing the community that elevates me and reminds me of who I am. As I close this chapter tomorrow with my solar return on the very last day of summer, I carry forward the lessons of this season—grateful for what grounded me, and in full anticipation of what the next cycle will bring. ✨
