YUVA 3.0 is the third edition of the Prime Minister’s Young Authors Mentorship Programme. Under this scheme, selected candidates will receive six months of expert mentorship and ₹50,000 stipend for each month along with a chance to attend the National Camp at the New Delhi World Book Fair 2026.

The themes for this year are:
1. Contribution of Indian Diaspora in Nation Building,
2. Indian Knowledge System; and
3. Makers of Modern India (1950-2025) (there are detailed subthemes as well)
