I often catch myself thinking “SOMEONE must know what’s going on” or secretly hoping an authority figure will show up to “fix” or explain everything. But that vague authority is benefitting from trust I stopped putting into myself. It’s time to be childlike, and listen to my body, my instincts, my heart again. Cause nobody knows me better than me.
