Coco Rocha Instagram – Last night I was deeply humbled to be recognized at the #DKMSGala for more than a decade of support for this incredible cause. Back in 2012, a very pregnant and radiant @katharinaharf was on a photo shoot with me representing @dkms_us. Between shots, she told @jamesedwardconran and me about her mother, her mission, and the extraordinary work of DKMS. When she invited us to her next gala, we showed up, and we’ve never stopped showing up since.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed patients meeting their matches for the first time, strangers becoming family in real time. In a world that often feels divided, DKMS reminds us that even strangers can be bound by love, and that everyday people can become heroes. I’m proud to keep showing up, to cheer on this mission, and to celebrate its heroes.
