At 14 I spoke in-front of a camera for the first time.
The producer of the show at the time, gave me no heads up or preparation for that moment. I got on and spoke with the worst nerves I ever had. Years later, I still carry those nerves to every taping or live show onscreen. I remember for Channel O I used to even wear heels so I could tap the heel to calm my nerves.
