Helly Shah Instagram – You know ever since my childhood , I’ve been pretty comfortable in my own company. I would go out alone, eat a sandwich or a dabeli after my classes, and even walk back home by myself. Never did it feel strange or out of place to me. In fact, I always found a certain peace within myself.
As I grew older, things shifted. I feel what once felt effortless suddenly needed effort. But with time, you grow, you learn, and you heal, a little every single day.
It’s been a choice where I have always tried to focus on the small victories, the little moments of progress. And honestly, these small victories are never really small. It matters when you show up for yourself. It matters when you listen to yourself. It matters when you focus on the journey inwards and give yourself a little more love.
Eventually, you do come back home again , becoming your own safe place ❤️ And trust me, it’s one of the most comforting feelings ✨
