I was blessed to be gifted an MRI that does a full body scan, it basically looks for a multitude of nasty things that can be impacting your body and catches them in their early stages. It’s called Prenuvo, and as much as I was grateful for the opportunity I’m just as grateful for learning at a young age the importance of sports (exercise), and later in life eating right for my best performance in health and daily impact-fulness on my body. To dive deeper, daily exercise is like a bona fide pharmacy of healing for the body. Nutrition is quite literally the fuel that keeps our systems running (and I challenge you to find a study that shows refined sugars and processed chemicals don’t have a negative impact on our systems). And just as important as the fuel and exercise – a positive mindset is key. There’s irrefutable evidence that shows that complaining rewires your brain for negativity, pessimism, and unhappiness – which in turn cause disease. Thoughts of gratitude and loving kindness do the exact opposite for your body. So all this to say, if you can afford one of these very cool MRI scans I highly encourage you to do it (when I was there, Prenuvo gave me a code to share with you guys if you go through the link in my bio) as they’ve been shown to catch so many things in the earliest stages. BUT if you can’t afford it (which is the case for most people), you have three other resources that can irrefutably help your longevity and happiness: Get off your butt, eat well, and count your blessings.
