🚨 But this is the BIGGEST misconception of Indian People
👉 When the Rupee weakens, it impacts:
1) Inflation – India imports 85% of its crude oil. A weaker rupee makes fuel and transport more expensive, which increases prices of almost every product
2) Lifestyle & Goods – Electronics, iPhones, laptops and even medicines (bulk drugs are imported) get costlier.
3) Jobs & Salaries – IT/outsourcing firms may benefit (dollar earnings rise), but inflation reduces real income for the middle class.
