Jennifer Beals Instagram – I will never forget being a young woman on my way to a press day for some project and like many young women I had fretted about what I would wear. Designers had offered all manner of au courant tight frocks. Internally I chirped in my own ear, was I this enough or that enough.
And as sometimes happens in a hotel on a press day you cross paths with other actors. In this particular day as I was internally susurrating not-such-sweet nothings, Diane Keaton crossed the lobby and gave me a warm greeting. She was vision of beauty, power and authenticity.
Ahhhh. Yes. I get it, I remember thinking.
Her way of being in the world-ALL of it-let us all know our deepest, truest selves are the most divine.
