今まで食べたパフェの中で、こちらの桃パフェは一番美味しかったと思います。こちらは @cotocafe で三年前ぐらいに食べたものだけど、すごく印象に残るメニューです。（Coto Cafeのパフェがマジで毎回美味しくて美しい！）ちなみに、私が一番好きなスイーツは日本のパフェです。アメリカのパフェはヨーグルトとフルーツとグラノーラみたいなものしかないから、日本の繊細で複雑なパフェがすごく好きです。

Peach Parfait

Out of all the parfaits I’ve eaten here in Japan, this peach parfait was definitely one of my favorites. I had it at @cotocafe about three years ago, but it still really stands out in my memory. (Coto Cafe’s parfaits so amazing both visually and flavor-wise) Since coming to Japan, my favorite kind of dessert has become the Japanese-style parfait. In the U.S., parfaits are usually just yogurt, fruit, and granola, so really a different dessert altogether. I really love how delicate and complex Japanese parfaits are.
This is just one of 20 pieces I will exhibiting at my exhibition in Osaka at the Tsutaya Book Store Hirataka T-Site from 10/25 to 11/9. I will also be hosting a talk seminar and a food illustration workshop. Please see the link in my bio for details (or send me a DM!)
