As most of you know, I’ve been on a very intense health and wellness journey since my kids were babies. Thermography has been my favorite, most effective, reliable diagnostic tool. In this new season of my life, I wanted to start sharing all the resources, lessons, therapies and health modalities I have experienced over the years. I know it’s not my job to save the world, but I would like to contribute to making it a bit healthier so we can all live our best lives.
