Lilliana Bowrey Instagram – Last week I had the privilege of joining @project_pargo on their 20th Water Project, and it was truly one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. We were able to bring lasting change to 120 families, transforming their daily lives for the next 15 years and beyond – through something so simple yet so powerful: access to clean water.
For these communities, getting water isn’t as easy as turning on a tap. Every single day, children walk over a kilometre to the nearest spring, carrying heavy buckets back to their homes. And even after all that effort, the water isn’t safe to drink unless it’s boiled – and even then, it’s still not truly clean.
Now, with the implementation of @wavesforwater Sawyer filters, clean drinking water is finally accessible right where it’s needed. No more long treks, no more unsafe water – just a healthier, safer future.
