My Dad lives with a progressive disability, to which there is no cure – but thanks to the incredible work of charities like Muscular Dystrophy UK & Ireland, there is a lot of hope around. To give back, he’ll be tackling the London Royal Parks Half Marathon next Sunday, 12th October, supported by 4 friends and family support runners. He’s not chasing records — just trying to raise awareness and funds for two charities doing life-changing work. Any help would be much appreciated.
