Melissa Joan Hart Instagram – It’s been 2 years since these 6 precious lives were stolen in the #CovenantSchool shooting in Nashville! A day I won’t ever forget as Mark and I drove to our children’s school for a conference and found a group of tiny kindergarten children fleeing across a 5 lane highway. We stopped to help in any way we could. The sirens were deafening. The panic was overwhelming. The fear was unavoidable as every parent we saw waited for news about their precious babies. It is my greatest hope that we as a nation can come together to find a solution to our very American problem of having guns be the NUMBER ONE KILLER of children in our country. We need to stop allowing our children to be so vulnerable to the evil that can happen when unchecked, unlawful people get their hands on a weapon meant for a battle field. We can do it!
