Aside from the many tools, frameworks, wisdoms and workshops that were so generously downloaded onto us, the biggest gift I left with was that of belonging. Never before have I felt so seen in the way I wish to be seen, and found such ease seeing with all my senses.
In those moments it seems so blatantly simple— the answer to life, is love and connection. Yet in the pursuit of survival and growth we lose the fundamental understanding of connection to ourselves and to the earth— swept aside in the spirit of quick progress; shoved into deep pockets for fear of getting hurt. Sean, Shelley, Gedvilė, Melvin; thank you for your fervent teachings and guidance; for the friendly therapy, the coaching, the mentorship. For teaching us to be brave, by first being brave. Teaching us to feel safe by providing, and more importantly, first feeling safe. I expected a great experience, but I definitely didn’t expect this profound change, resolution & purpose I found in myself.

I hope that this post finds its audience. — maybe it’s just a reminder to soften and reground; maybe you feel the call of your intuition to dig deeper and reach further.
