24th September 2021 💙🩵 A very special day for me, as that’s the day I released Firebird. This album means so much more to me than just being a collection of songs. I went through basically a decade of writer’s block, which got so bad I genuinely didn’t think I’d ever be releasing music again. I don’t know if anyone’s ever experienced the struggle of not being able to do the thing you love, but it was hard. This album represents resilience – if anyone else is going through something like that at the moment, DON’T GIVE UP!! I promise it’s worth it at the end. I’ve been having the best time exploring different sounds for my next album, and I’m so excited to share it with you asap… and I wouldn’t be in this creative flow without this album. Thank you FIREBIRD and to all who were involved in making it 💙🕊️
