Noa Tishby Instagram – This week I was honored to open TLV fashion Week.
After two years of a hard fought war, the decision to go ahead with the event was not taken lightly. But it had to be done. And the reality of the current pain was intertwined with hopes for the future.
Hostage survivors and their family walked down the runway wearing white. Arab, Jews, Christians, Muslims, straight, gay, trans – all celebrated creativity, art and fashion. Together. With joy.
Israel will move forward after this war, and so will the region. We will rebuild and we will reach our hand for peace. The past few days were a stunning example of the duality of the Jewish experience and a powerful testament to the resilience of Israel and the Israeli people.
