So we witnessed this beautiful view on our way to Iceland.
This is Öræfajökull glacier’ or ‘wasteland glacier’ which can be seen while you are about to reach Iceland. 🌋
It is an ice-covered volcano in south-east Iceland. The largest active volcano and the highest peak in Iceland at 6,920 ft, it lies within the Vatnajökull National Park and is covered by part of the glacier.
📍You can witness this if you are sitting on the right side of the place when you are flying to Iceland. 🇮🇸
