Yes- They came quietly and quickly over the long weekend and took down the forest. 400 acres of forest. Home to leopards 🐆, 🦚 peacocks, 🦌 deer!
They tried to wipe it out. The peacocks were crying- gives me goosebumps, injured deer w no home to go to! All this for greed – to build IT parks – in the name of
“development “ I have started Hating this word!!!
But the students of Hyderabad University didn’t flinch.
They protested. They fought. They protected.
And the Supreme Court heard them.
This is what courage looks like. 👍🏾
