1. DON’T brush when wet! They tangle much more and therefore break.
2. DON’T get layered cuts! They create more split ends, straight cuts are better.
3. DON’T straighten every day! Excessive heat damages them and makes them break (result: it will seem like they’re not growing).
4. DON’T wash more than 3 times a week! Too much washing removes natural protective oils.
5. DON’T always blow dry, excessive heat damages them just like straightening!
6. DON’T eat too little! You need nutrients to promote hair growth.
7. DON’T eliminate good fats! Omega 3, avocado, olive oil and nuts make hair strong.
8. DON’T use the blow dryer horizontally! Always from top to bottom or it creates knots.
9. DON’T rub with a towel! Just pat gently, they’re delicate when wet.
10. DON’T use a dirty brush! The leftover hair tangles with the hair you’re brushing.

1. NON spazzolare mai da bagnati! Si aggrovigliano molto di piu e quindi si spezzano.
2. NON fate tagli scalati! Si creano più doppie punte, meglio tagli pari.
3. NON piastrate tutti i giorni! Il calore eccessivo li danneggia e si spezzano (risultato sembrerà che non crescono).
4. NON lavate più di 3 volte a settimana! Troppi lavaggi tolgono gli oli protettivi naturali
5. NON fate sempre la piega, il calore eccessivo li danneggia come per la piastra!
6. NON mangiate troppo poco! Servono nutrienti per favorire la crescita del capello
7. NON eliminate i grassi buoni! Omega 3 e avocado, olio d’oliva e noci rendono i capelli forti.
8. NON usate il phon in orizzontale! Sempre dall’alto verso il basso o si creano nodi.
9. NON strofinate con l’asciugamano! Solo tamponare, sono delicati da bagnati.
10. NON usate la spazzola sporca! I capelli rimasti si annodano con quelli che state spazzolando.
