Our food team headed to opening day of the State Fair of Texas again this year to rank the Big Tex Choice Awards finalists and winners. This year, they brought along two guest judges: Tiffany Derry, local chef, restaurant owner and Master Chef judge, and Dino Santonicola, chef and owner of Partenope Ristorante. 🧑🍳
@mastercheftd and @dino.santonicola tasted, chewed and sipped their way through the fairgrounds, and two dishes stood out (watch ‘til the end to find out). 👀
