Vanessa Mariposa Instagram – REALTALK: Die letzten Wochen waren wirklich eine schwere Zeit für mich. Es gab viele Momente, in denen ich mich verloren gefühlt habe, in denen es mir richtig schlecht ging. Ich war oft am Boden, habe viel geweint – und trotzdem gab es auch Augenblicke, in denen ich wieder lachen konnte.
Mein Leben wirkt für viele vielleicht perfekt, aber das ist es nicht. Wer viel Negatives erlebt, lernt, das Positive umso mehr zu schätzen. Auch ich habe sehr viel erlebt und arbeite täglich an mir selbst. Gerade in solchen Phasen wird einem bewusst, wie wichtig es ist, den eigenen Wert zu kennen.
Was mir besonders hilft ist der Sport. Im Fitnessstudio kann ich abschalten, den Kopf freimachen und für einen Moment alles hinter mir lassen. Egal, ob ich traurig bin, müde oder voller Energie – das Training ist meine Therapie, die mich immer wieder zu mir selbst zurückbringt und mir Kraft gibt.
Kein Mensch und kein Leben ist perfekt, aber der wahre Weg zum Glück liegt darin, positiv zu denken und stets nach vorne zu schauen ♥️

REALTALK: The last few weeks have been really tough for me. There were many moments when I felt lost, when I was really struggling. I was often down, cried a lot – and yet, there were also moments when I could laugh again.
To many, my life may seem perfect, but it’s not. When you experience a lot of negativity, you learn to appreciate the positive even more. I’ve been through a lot and work on myself every day. During times like these, it becomes clear how important it is to know your worth.
What helps me the most is fitness. In the gym, I can switch off, clear my mind, and leave everything behind for a moment. Whether I’m sad, tired, or full of energy – training is my therapy, bringing me back to myself and giving me strength.
No one and no life is perfect, but the true path to happiness is to think positively and always look forward ♥️
