Vanessa Rubio Instagram – Finally getting the courage to post about my little darling @pinkythepit crossing over the rainbow bridge. I know I’ll never find another special soul like this girl. She had her pink rose quartz heart wisdom and she was the sassiest little portly mama. She really taught me so much. She would attract people when we were out and about, I called them the “Pinky tribe” – they just understood and loved her right away. On one of our last outings to see Bell Rock from the parking lot, since she couldn’t walk much, a man approached us curious about Pinky and we struck up a conversation. I told him I was saying goodbye to her soon and wanted her to see something beautiful. He shared with me that his wife had passed a year prior and now he was on a tour of the places he had shared special times her. “You’re just giving her back to God” he said. About his journey, he shared “I thought I was saying goodbye to these places but it feels like I’m saying hello” 🤍 Thank you sweet Pinky for opening up so many conversations like these. Many times they revealed to me just how much love we have to share and express with each other, we just have more access to it via pets 🐶 We did a photoshoot to celebrate our journey.
