Witney Carson Instagram – #GoldBondPartner I call this my “mindful morning” and it’s my favorite day of the week! I don’t do laundry, I don’t clean, I just forget the to dos and focus on self care. I don’t know why as moms we feel ashamed to do this or admit we need this, but we do! Allow yourself to do it 🫶🏼🤍🙏🏼
Here’s my mindful morning routine:
Drop off kids at school
Workout (either at home or gym)
Ice bath
Shower (and I mean a good shower, shave, exfoliate the whole thing!)
Apply your favorite moisturizer (loving my @goldbond Healing Daily Hydrating Lotion lately)
Skincare/get ready for the day
Make a great high protein meal and green drink
Pick up kids
