And since I know this question is coming again “How did you lose the weight?” here’s my honest answer.

Firstly, I’m NOT a professional or an expert.
This is just what worked for me. If you’re planning to lose weight, I highly recommend getting professional guidance instead of following random advice online.

Here’s what I followed very diligently 👇🏽

• Protein became non negotiable
Protein was a game changer for me through food and protein supplements. It helped with satiety, energy, and consistency.
Please consult a nutritionist to understand what works for your body.

• I ate MORE, not less
I stopped starving myself.
Six small, balanced meals a day worked way better than crash dieting.
Trust me you need to eat to lose weight. I learnt this the hard way.

• No crash diets. Ever.
They don’t last. They don’t heal your relationship with food.

• Home food over Swiggy and Zomato
Even “healthy” food outside is cooked with ingredients you can’t control.
When I was serious about my goals, I mostly ate home cooked meals.

• Hydration is underrated
Most cravings are actually dehydration.
Once I started drinking enough water, the urge for sweets and fried food reduced a LOT.

• No extreme restrictions
I didn’t completely cut off sweets or outside food.
I had them occasionally mindfully without guilt.

And the most important part 👇🏽
I worked with my nutritionist @getfitwithsush
She’s been a huge reason behind this transformation and has helped not just me, but so many others too. I was with her for almost 1.5 years, and because of that consistency, I’ve now learnt how to manage my lifestyle on my own.

Weight loss isn’t magic.
It’s discipline, patience, guidance and being kind to yourself.

🏃‍♀️ The Athletic Room: So much fun! This space is super interactive and playful. You’ll find yourself bouncing, climbing, and moving through art that’s meant to be felt, not just seen.

1️⃣ Don’t stop your supplements! Keep taking folic acid, vitamins, and whatever your doctor prescribes. Breastfeeding can drain your body of nutrients, so replenish them religiously.

2️⃣ Eat right. Include plenty of protein, green leafy veggies, and a balanced diet to nourish your hair from within.

3️⃣ Hair care is key. Use a good hair oil and serum weekly. I swear by the ones from @indewild

4️⃣ Avoid bleach. Opt for hair color from good brands without bleaching to minimize damage.

5️⃣ Invest in quality shampoo & conditioner. I use Olaplex, and while it’s pricey, it’s been a game-changer for my hair health.

6️⃣ Minimize heat. Let your hair air dry or use low-heat tools. I love my @dyson , but there are budget-friendly options too.

Before entering into Thanjavur, I took a detour to the magnificent Gangaikonda Cholapuram — a 1,000-year-old architectural marvel built by the Chola dynasty, known for its grandeur and historic significance.

The narrow village roads leading up to the temple weren’t the easiest — but the Blind View Monitor in the Hyundai CRETA Electric made all the difference. With real-time side camera visuals while turning, I navigated through tight spots with complete confidence.

With that, it was time to pass on the keys.
I handed over the CRETA Electric to @prangadkhanna , who’s now ready to take the wheel and drive this journey ahead.
