There is such a lot to do……always is and always will be.
For this I’m thankful in that I’m surrounded by a team of spirited and enthusiastic youngsters who have drive and derring do. All of them are fearless in their determination to succeed in whatever undertakings they tackle. 💪🏼
And believe me, it can be anything, digging, farming, filming, mechanics, public speaking, performing on stage, writing, waitressing, quarrying and a good deal of trading to name but a few. 🚜 🐑 🐄 🐎 🐕 ✍️ 🎥 📺 🪨 🔧 🍻 🎭
So the dynamics of how it works (or not….every day brings a new catastrophe or conundrum) are not set in stone.
I have no idea who is head of operations, who deals with Human Resources ( eh ) or even quite where everyone is at. What I do know is that it’s a fantastic team where you can be independent, aim high and do your own thing but equally can be supported, nurtured and protected when needed. ❤️ 🤗
Best of all though is that we’re all grounded (literally) down to earth (literally) and grateful to have been given these opportunities. 🙏
