Bella Heathcote Instagram – About twenty minutes before this photo was taken I got stuck inside this dress, trying to put it on. I started having a panic attack and my gorgeous PR rep Ame said “can I give you a hug?” To which I responded yes. We hugged and then I took a few breaths and she helped me shimmy the dress down (there was other stuff going on that day, I don’t typically have panic attacks getting dressed 😂)
