Ten years later and I’m still asking: what would Karen Wheeler do?
Probably pour another cup of coffee, put on her lipstick, and keep the world from falling apart… all before noon. She’s part nostalgia, part nerve, part every woman who’s ever felt like she was meant for more than the cul-de-sac. She’s the reminder that ordinary women are never ordinary. That love, routine, and responsibility can live right alongside longing, imagination, and quiet rebellion. Playing her has been one of the great privileges of my career. She taught me that courage doesn’t always look like action… sometimes it’s endurance, patience, or hope. It’s also been one of my favorite roles, and my best hair era.
