Papua ngajarin aku bahwa kemewahan bukan tentang AC atau Wi-Fi. Kemewahan adalah hujan yang turun pas kamu butuh air bersih. Kemewahan adalah perahu yang sampai dengan selamat. Kemewahan adalah anak-anak yang bisa sekolah walaupun dengan banyak keterbatasan. Dan kalau hal-hal kayak gitu aja sudah dihitung sebagai kemewahan di sana, berarti hal-hal yang kita punya setiap hari… itu privilege. So the next time we feel like life isn’t treating us right, maybe pause a little and take a good look at what we already have. Air yang keluar tiap kali kita buka keran. Listrik yang selalu nyala. Jalan yang bisa kita lalui tanpa harus naik perahu. Internet yang bisa kita akses kapanpun. All of that? Privilege. Dan kalau kita punya privilege itu, kita punya tanggung jawab.
