From size XS to size L — this is my journey after pregnancy and delivery. I’m not worried about the change, because my body has given me the greatest gift: my baby. This year, I’m not rushing to lose weight. I’m giving myself time to heal, to rest, and to love my body as it is. Maybe next year I’ll start working on getting fitter, but right now, my focus is recovery and self-love.
