✨ L’eau que nous utilisons pour brasser Seiun (shikomi-mizu) provient d’un ancien puits alimenté par une rivière souterraine. Naturellement très douce, elle contient peu de minéraux, ce qui nous permet de façonner l’élégance et délicatesse qui définissent Seiun.
