Isabel Lucas Instagram – This is my absolute favourite @sacred_earth_medicine raw chocolate recipe 🌹
Chop up half 400 gram block of @sacred_earth_medicine
Let it melt in bowl above boiled water (to keep it raw)
2 tablespoons of coconut butter
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
A quarter butter
2 heaped tablespoon of protein (or colostrum)
Cinnamon
1/2 cap vanilla
Honey (2 tablespoons)
Chilli
1/2 tablespoon of black tahini (or nut butter)
2 tablespoons of mushroom adaptogens or coco powder (I love @thesocialalchemy adaptogens – medicinal herbs, roots and fungi)
A pinch of salt
Goji berries (or tart cranberries)
Pour it on top & leave cool in the fridge to cool & harden
