Melinda Shankar Instagram – #Mahabharatha part 1 (karma- the life we inherit) and part 2 (dharma- the life we choose) was an incredibly profound 5 hours of creative gold. We watched the shows a day apart so we could digest and internalize the lessons and thoughts that offer insight and guidance to navigating complex family dynamics, external conflicts and the war within. Congrats to my @ellora.patnaik for blessing the stage with her performance. I’ve been in awe of you for more than half of my life and our bond (from tv mom to soul sista) is so special to me. Slide 6 is her private moment honouring the circle before the show.. she’s such a Goddess, I had to share it. ❤️
Hats off to the production and team @whynottheatreto @canadianstage for taking on the challenge of turning such an important and magical epic into a play for all to watch.
