Punarnavi Bhupalam Instagram – November has been the wildest, fullest month of my year — so many beginnings, so many gentle endings.
I began my EXB certification with @smartmove2011 this year, and this module on ‘the body remembers’ held me in ways I expected. Drama, movement, depth psychology, and the arts weaving themselves into one long inhale.
