“There’s this really brilliant piece of advice that Javier Bardem gave in an interview, ‘an actor needs to be a character’s best defense lawyer.’ So I didn’t analyse her, I just knew that I had to be her. So, by the time I played Tamanna in season two, I think I learned a lot from her. Especially in season two – her decision to go back to music school and unlearn everything to start from scratch? That really resonated with me. It reminded me that it’s never too late to grow, to evolve, or to rediscover yourself.”
