The truth is, turning 40 feels like reclaiming my power:
💪 I’m stronger than I was in my 20s
🌸 I laugh louder (and yep, the lines to prove it are worth it)
⚡ I’ve learned how to push hard AND slow down when I need to
💙 And most importantly, I’m raising two little humans who keep me moving, humble, and endlessly motivated.
This next chapter is about feeling alive, healthy, and unapologetically ME.
