My parents named me Alyson, but never with any intention to call me “Alyson.” I was always going to be “Ali!” And the spelling of Ali is different from Alyson because, my mom will say “I liked the spelling better” and my Dad will say “because Muhammad Ali was my hero! So it had to be Ali!” Anyway, Merry everything! And don’t stress too much about the mess in your house! It’ll be cleaned up one day!
