This colour changing Butterfly Breeze mocktail is my summer secret to beat the heat 🦋
Magical Color-Changing Butterfly Pea Tea
Ingredients:
1. 5–6 dried butterfly pea flowers (or 1 butterfly pea tea bag)
2. 2 cups of hot water
3. 1 tbsp lime juice
4. 1 tbsp honey or sugar
Instructions:
1. Steep the butterfly pea flowers in the hot water for 3-5 minutes, until the water turns a vibrant blue.
2. In a glass add ice cubes pour honey and tea , then slowly add the lime juice.
3. Watch as it changes from blue to purple garnish with lemon slices or edible flowers.
