Aspen Ladd Instagram – Sundays are for the endless mountain stairs . 3/4 of a mile on the stairs today , a 3 mile jog down to them , then hiked back up after. My crazy dogs are the best cardio buddies on the planet, they don’t have to do the stairs they can sit it out …no they want to do the stairs.
