Autumn Reeser Instagram – ✨Winter Solstice at Newgrange✨
Built over 5,000 years ago, on winter solstice a sliver of light illuminates the inner chambers of this sacred site, bringing light to what has been hidden, even on the darkest day of the year.
My visit here earlier this year felt like time out of time. Both disorienting and clarifying. New and old. A remembrance and a return. I’m still integrating and receiving its gifts…Today on the darkest day of the year, through its very architecture, this beautiful place speaks to humanity, and to you:
“Even in darkness, there is faith. Even in darkness, there is love. Even in darkness, there is stored the seed of light.”
