Root & Ember is an artisan deli on Bruton Place in Clifton, from mother and son duo Jane and Freddie Jago. Driven by their passion for great seasonal and local food, the deli specialises in stocking produce from small, independent British producers, with many from across Bristol and the South West, so it’s a real celebration of the city. All of the charcuterie and smoked meats they sell are also made in-house by Freddie himself, with an ever changing range of meats, fish and flavours.
