Getting Real with the Miracle Medium and my friend Gabi Marguerite @themiraclemedium Let me tell you about my friend Gabrielle — she’s honestly something out of a miracle story. Gabi is a true conduit for healing energy, like the real deal. After going through her own journey of breaking chains and healing herself — spiritually and physically (yes, literally healing her body and others’ too) — she realized she couldn’t keep these gifts to herself. She had to share them with the world. What’s wild is where her journey started. Believe it or not, Gabi first tapped into her gifts as a sex phone therapist. Crazy, right? But here’s the beautiful part: what she discovered was that the men calling her weren’t actually looking for what you might think — they were craving something deeper. They needed real healing. They needed someone to listen, to see them. That opened a door for Gabi. She realized that healing isn’t about fixing people — it’s about helping them remember their own power. Fast forward to today, she’s this incredible force, teaching others how to break free from their chains, reclaim their power, and heal themselves, just like she did. It’s powerful. It’s inspiring. It’s pure magic.
PARENTS! BEWARE!! ‼️⚠️If your toddler comes home with Hand, Foot, Mouth (HFM) you may not be in the clear! ⚠️‼️ As we talk about in this week’s podcast with @maddierichert , just by holding Sunny’s hand, the virus spread to her and all of her siblings. You don’t want to miss this episode!!
Getting Real with Walaa ( @thecringemethod ): Everything changed the moment she surrendered to death in her burning house during a brutal arson attack. Walaa’s life was forever changed when her home was set on fire in an arson attack, a moment that forced her to confront her deepest fears and the idea of surrendering to death. Yet, it was in facing her own vulnerabilities — the parts of herself she found most uncomfortable and “cringe” — that she discovered her path to healing. This profound self-acceptance led to the creation of “The Cringe Theory,” a powerful tool to help others transform their pain into growth. The birth of her daughter marked her true rebirth, as she found new strength and purpose in motherhood, realizing that through embracing life’s challenges, she could rise anew and help others do the same.

2025 — thank you. This year stretched me, refined me, and reminded me of what truly matters. It was a year of cleaning out the old — habits, expectations, patterns — and making room for clarity, joy, and ease. Growth wasn’t always glamorous, but it was necessary. Every year I try to do a self-edit, and 2025 was all about clearing space for who I’m becoming. We traveled the world — France, Europe, the Bahamas, Disney World, NYC — memories I’ll hold forever. Our little family is thriving and we are surrounded by the greatest friends and family. Sunny is living the dream childhood I prayed for, and every day I’m grateful for her, for Michael, and for the life we are building together. And transparently… social media has been a confusing terrain for me this year. I don’t feel called to share every detail of my personal life anymore like I did when I started social media in my 20’s. I’m protective of my peace, protective of Sunny, and learning what boundaries feel like as someone who loves connection but also values privacy. Sometimes that means I don’t post at all — simply because I haven’t fully found what sharing intentionally looks like for me. Which brings me to 2026. ✨ My words for the year: Honest. Reliable. And yes… Paycheck 🙌 I want this next chapter to be high-impact and meaningful. Not posting just to keep up. Not noise. Not content for the sake of attention. I want to contribute. I want to serve. I want to create things that truly help. So I’d love to hear from you: • What do you want more of from me here? • What topics do you want explored on GET REAL? • What conversations or experts would support you right now? I’m building 2026 with intention — depth over excess, purpose over pressure, connection over performance. I’m ready to show up with clarity, creativity, and heart. Let’s make something meaningful together. Here’s to growth, aligned opportunities, being brave with our boundaries, and stepping into the year that changes everything. 🤍 Thanks You God for this life; God’s Blessings to all. Hello, 2026 — I’m ready.

Got ALL up in @kyliefrenchfrey ‘s chili this episode! 🌶️ Kylie Frey — the princess of Texas country music — has built her career the hard way, turning early rejection from label executives into an undeniable run of success with 12 No. 1 songs on Texas country charts. Raised in a rodeo family as a middle child, Kylie’s independence, grit, and quiet confidence were forged early and still define both her personality and her sound. She never planned on becoming a mom, but motherhood sparked a profound personal and creative rebirth, adding new depth to her songwriting as she learned how to balance life on the road with a child by her side. Her latest EP, Half a Mind, features the standout single “Fort Worth” with John Randall, while she continues work on what she says is her most personal album yet — one that reflects resilience, growth, and staying true to yourself no matter how long the road takes.
