Thought some of you might need a break like me. Information and knowledge is a good thing but it can also be overwhelming to have access to so much! I don’t think we are designed to absorb so much information. We have access to anything and everything 24/7.
I am on Day 7 of a digital pruning in my life, and I do feel a lot less anxious. It’s been an interesting observation in my life to put technology and social media in its rightful place. When something is stealing your peace, it’s time for a reset.
