The evil that this country has done to millions of kidnapping victims will never be something we should just “get over.” Lots of suffering and unfair practices and systems still affect the descendants of slavery til this day. And although you may be “sick of hearing about it”…. Imagine how sick you’d be of the lingering affects that still continue to keep the playing fields uneven STILL. And imagine how sick you’d feel that in 2025 after your ancestors went thru SO MUCH to get voting rights, the right to marry and civil rights that there is a growing group of people in America TODAY that are trying to resurrect the KKK and roll back the rights of black and brown people in America ! (Google what Trump is bringing to the Supreme Court regarding birthright citizenship). Now THAT is something to be sick & tired of. ✊🏾
