Cynthia Koh Instagram – Its heartwarming to see Singapore’s first shingles awareness movement, Shielding from Shingles, come to life as we raise further awareness of the disease and encourage people to take proactive actions to protect themselves and their loved ones. Together with my mum, we did a personal sharing on my mum’s journey with shingles and my perspectives as a caregiver. In my interactions with community attendees on the ground, it is also encouraging to see strong interest to learn more about the disease as it is important.
