Young people with lived experience of homelessness are now leading frontline outreach to support others at risk. With support from Homewards, Spiral Skills is scaling up their award-winning Changemaker programme – training young people to deliver street-level outreach and connect others to education, employment & support.
This is a powerful example of prevention in action šŖ
In Lambeth, young people aged 16ā24 make up nearly one in five of those assessed as homeless or at risk. By intervening early, building trust & transforming access to opportunity, the programme is helping to change lives and break cycles.
