Iman Meskini Instagram – I grew up as the only visible Muslim girl in my school. I was often asked questions that felt uncomfortable and too big for a child to answer, but the hardest part wasn’t the questions themselves. It was the feeling of always being different, always being outside of what everyone else saw as “normal.”
It was tough to navigate a world where I constantly had to adapt, without losing my values or compromising my faith. And sometimes I think about how much easier it might have been if a book like “What Do You Believe In?” had existed back then.
I think I would have felt more seen and less alone?
And that’s exactly what I hope this book can give to others – today and in the years to come.🥹❤️ | Posted on 09/Dec/2025 01:43:38
